Technology
Leading BMS platforms. One controls specialist.
Lime works across Siemens, Honeywell, Optergy and Sphere technologies, giving customers access to established building-management platforms, open integration options and current-generation controls.

Siemens
Lime delivers Siemens BMS projects, upgrades, integration, commissioning, service and maintenance using the current Desigo building-automation ecosystem.
Our Siemens capability can include current Desigo building and room-automation controllers, Desigo CC building-management software and Building X cloud-connected applications where they suit the project and customer requirements.
This allows Siemens solutions to scale from room and equipment control through to central building management, multi-system integration and cloud-connected building operations.

Honeywell
Lime delivers and supports Honeywell building automation with particular strength in open, Niagara-based integration.
Current Honeywell solutions include the Optimizer controller family and Optimizer Supervisor architecture, while Lime also supports established Honeywell WEBs/Niagara environments already installed across customer sites.
This makes Honeywell well suited to projects requiring flexible controller architecture, third-party integration, staged upgrades and long-term support of mixed building systems.

Optergy
Optergy combines building automation, energy management and open-system integration in a platform designed for both new projects and retrofit environments.
Lime can apply current Optergy technology including Axon, Proton and Enterprise building interfaces together with Optergy Edge controllers where appropriate.
Optergy is particularly valuable where customers want open BACnet/Modbus integration, building and energy visibility, remote access, reporting and a practical pathway for modernising existing multi-vendor systems.

Sphere
Lime also works with Sphere WebAI, a next-generation building-controls platform being developed within the wider CF Systems group.
Sphere is focused on making controls easier to understand, commission and service at the controller level, with features such as local display, local override, live point and voltage feedback, onboard diagnostics and clear operating-status indication.
Sphere complements Lime's established partner technologies and provides an additional pathway for future smart-building control and diagnostics.

Open integration
The right platform for the building.
Lime does not approach every building with a single-product answer.
We consider the existing installation, project requirements, lifecycle needs, integration requirements, support model and future upgrade path before recommending a controls architecture. Open protocols such as BACnet and Modbus are used where appropriate to connect building systems and reduce unnecessary duplication.
