Building Management Systems That Perform.
Lime Automation designs, supplies, programs, integrates and commissions modern Building Management Systems across Australia.
We work with mechanical services contractors, building owners and facilities teams to deliver reliable control, clear visibility and long-term support.
What we do
Controls. Integration. Commissioning. Support.
Lime focuses on the BMS layer of a building: the controllers, networks, software, control logic, graphics and system integration that connect mechanical services into one manageable building automation platform.
BMS Projects
BMS control-system design, controller selection, programming, graphics, integration, commissioning and handover for new projects and building upgrades.
Learn more 02Systems Integration & Commissioning
Integration of mechanical plant and third-party systems into the BMS using open protocols and proven control strategies, followed by testing, verification and commissioning.
Learn more 03Maintenance & Support
Planned maintenance, remote support, fault diagnosis, onsite service and lifecycle support to keep BMS systems reliable and maintainable.
Learn more 04Upgrades & Modernisation
Practical migration strategies for ageing controllers, software and networks, retaining serviceable infrastructure where appropriate and modernising what is no longer supportable.
Learn more 05Energy & Optimisation
Use schedules, trends, alarms, runtime data and control strategies to improve visibility, comfort and energy performance.
Learn more 06Trade Sales
Supply of selected BMS controllers, licences, replacement components and associated controls equipment for contractors, service companies and facilities teams.
Learn moreHow Lime fits into a project
We deliver the BMS controls layer.
The mechanical services contractor installs the mechanical plant and field devices and completes the associated field wiring. Lime delivers the BMS controls layer.
We supply and install the controllers and related BMS equipment, program the system, integrate the connected plant, develop graphics and software, and commission the controls.
Where a project requires a Mechanical Services Switchboard (MSSB), Lime can coordinate MSSB supply through Bentrol as part of the controls package.
